Step 3: Build

We build the system on our self-hosted infrastructure. For a chatbot, this means processing your documents, setting up the vector database, configuring the AI, and connecting the interface. For an automation workflow, this means building the n8n flow, connecting to your systems via API, and testing every step. For social media automation, this means setting up the publishing workflow and connecting to your accounts.

Step 4: Testing

Before anything goes live, we test the system against real scenarios. For a chatbot, we run the questions your team actually asks and verify the answers. For an automation, we run the full workflow end to end with test data. We do not hand over a system that has not been tested in production conditions.

Step 5: Handover and ongoing
