Most people who visit rangalabs.com know they have a problem. They're drowning in repeated questions, inconsistent social media posting, manual tasks that eat hours, or regulatory searches that take too long. What they don't always know is which specific product solves it.

We Built the Wrong Onboarding

For a while, our website listed four products and expected visitors to figure out for themselves which one applied to them. That works if you already know what 'Social Media Automation' or a 'Custom Company Chatbot' means. Most people visiting for the first time don't — and shouldn't have to.

One Question That Changes Everything

We changed the starting point to a single question: "What kind of employee are you looking to hire?" Not "which AI product do you need" — but which job do you wish someone else could handle for you. Answer that, and everything else follows.

Four quick questions later, the page gives you a specific product match — and an AI advisor that already knows what you told it, so it can ask one sharp follow-up instead of starting from scratch. If the answer is honest that we can't solve your problem yet, it says that too.

What It Tells Us Too

Every conversation the advisor has goes into a running log. Not to track people — but because the most useful thing we can know is what problems visitors bring that we don't yet have a product for. That's the real product roadmap: not what we think people need, but what they actually ask for.

Try it yourself — and if the advisor tells you we can't help yet, that answer is worth just as much to us as a sale.
